Arvid Veidmark III of Specialized Services Company (SSC) has been named Damage Prevention Ambassador 2009, due to the promotion of the benefits of Trenchless Technology.
As the Executive Vice President of SSC Mr Veidmark has over two decades experience working with government agencies, municipalities, engineers and contractors to promote sound infrastructure management via classes, webinars and trade association conferences in the United States. He has also authored numerous technical articles and provides trenchless consulting services to the engineering community and local and state highway authorities.

The award honours individuals who have made a difference in the underground damage prevention industry by exemplifying dedication, leadership, and a passion for damage prevention and safety in the Arizona excavation community.
