Peter Raleigh has more than 17 years of experience in tunnel engineering, and his expertise with tunnel boring machines (TBMs) has been an asset on a number of projects since he joined the firm in 2006. He is currently contributing to the University Link project in Washington State and the North Link project in Vermont, US. He is also project manager and lead inspector on the Ballard Siphon Replacement Project, for which Jacobs Associates is providing construction management services.

Since joining the firm in early 2009, Dan Van Roosendaal has been supporting a variety of East Coast projects, including completing geotechnical evaluations on DC Water and Sewer Authority’s deep soft ground tunnels in Columbia, US, and providing his blasting expertise to the Jacobs Associates Rail Group. Mr Van Roosendaal is a geotechnical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in rock and soft ground tunnelling, rock and soil slope stabilisation, and blasting.
